When your purchase arrives, please inspect it carefully for any damages. If the purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service at info@roomattic.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

You can initiate a return request if the product you have received is damaged or you have received the wrong product.

For products eligible for return, the return request must be initiated within 2 days of the receipt of product. There is no penalty or restocking fee charged for returning items, but you will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges.

Most of our products are created entirely by hand and will thus have imperfections to them. We believe this is what makes them incredibly unique and distinctive. Please bear this in mind when claiming your purchase as damaged. We reserve the right to deny your return in case the damage claimed is considered to be a characteristic or trait of the product.
