How do I check my order status?

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Roomattic will send a confirmation mail for your order, on your email address associated with your Roomattic account.

In case you do not have an account registered with Roomattic, the confirmation will be sent on the email address used during the checkout process.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an Order?

You can change your shipping address within 48 hours of placing your order. We will try and accommodate an address change as long as we have not already shipped your order. Kindly send us a mail at informing us of the change. Once your address has been updated, a confirmation mail will be sent to you regarding the same.

Can I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled as long as the request is made within 24 hours of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot honor cancellation requests made after the 24 hour window. For cancelling the order, please email us at

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Sold Out'?

A 'Sold Out' product might become available for sale in the future or can be made to order as well. Kindly send us a message (including the product name, color variant and size) indicating your interest in the product, using the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Roomattic products are delivered through DHL or FedEx. After your order is dispatched, an email containing the tracking ID and the tracking link for your order is sent to you. You can track the delivery of your order on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Will I be charged customs or import duties on my purchases?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in India.

Goods purchased from outside your country of stay may be subject to customs or import duties. These differ based on the category of the items purchased. All customs, import duties or international taxes will have to be borne by the customer.

For US customers, please note that the Customs & Border Protection (CBP) states there is no duty charged on purchases under US $800.

We accept payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts payments through all major international credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 
All card details remain confidential and private. 

Is it necessary to have a Roomattic account to shop?

It is not necessary to have a Roomattic account to shop and purchase items. You can shop by providing just your email ID and checking out as a Guest. However, we highly recommend that you register with us for future convenience. Register and get access to your order history, order status, wishlist and special discount vouchers.
